THE PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY ACT IS CUSTOM MADE FOR THE PSYCHOPATH!

The Network Mom has posted a number of articles on psychopaths (narcissists) in order to put focus on the most important aspect of the high conflict cases: The best interest of the child.
Below, we have summarized a few main points and related them to what happens in the State Administration and in court rooms.

 1. THE PSYCHOPATH:

Often feels violated and often starts up a court case on defamation, if ex-partners or professionals comment on the behavior.

THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AND THE COURTS

Ignores that the psychopath often behaves aggressively and is soon to feel violated. If he starts up a defamation case, they stop using statements from doctors, psychologists, therapists, etc. out of fear that they too will be dragged into the defamation case.

So the legal system supports the psychopath in that it is a good idea to shut up the victim by behaving threatening and processing for defamation.

2. THE PSYCHOPATH:

Cannot be dianozed through conversations, because one will be manipulated and filled with lies. A psychopath should be recognized on his past, as they often leave a trail of broken people, many short relations, many change of jobs, debt, substance abuse, etc. A psychopath does not own empathy or conscience. They are pathological liars and they believe their own stories.

THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AND THE COURTS

Ignores when the victims tell about mental or physical violence, lies, broken agreements, etc. They refuse to analyze the past and they always only look at the situation starting from today and looking forward. That is a dream scenario for the psychopath because they are not held responsible and can continue to tell new lies and continue their mental violence against victim and children. The victim is forced to her knees and is viewed as a liar. Yet again, she is placed under the psychopath’s vicious behavior.

3. THE PSYCHOPATH:

Is always damaging for his surrounding. The psychopath does not treat children with more respect than adults. Everyone is narcissistic supply, meant to give the psychopath what he wants: Endless power and admiration. A psychopath is not able to give children care and empathy. On the contrary, the psychopath can violate the child without feeling that it is wrong.

In this company a child can only become damaged. The younger the child, the larger the damage. The child is forced to annihilate itself and grows up as narcissistic supply. In severe cases, the child never develops a normal ‘self’. It is damaged for life.

People who are around psychopath must give up their own needs and their own perception of reality. They have to extinguish themselves in order to survive. The psychopath does not care.

THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AND THE COURTS

When the victim talks about a life of mental violence, lies, threats, lack of interest for the child and egocentric behavior, the legal system concludes that it is all a conflict between the parents. They don’t think the psychopath behaves the same when he is alone with the child.

In the best cases, a child expert report is worked out. BUT it is not the child who is sick (yet), but the psychopath.

The State Administration thus gives the psychopath a free pass to continue his destructive and vicious behavior and sometimes also violations of the child. And worse, the child suffers from this new power of the psychopath and the victim can do nothing except being an onlooker to the child’s destruction, which breaks the victim down even more.

If and when the victim cannot take it anymore and tries to stop the destruction, the legal system defines it as harassment and gives the psychopath full custody over the child. Then the child and victim are broken down for sure. And that gives peace to the State Administration and the courts.

4. THE PSYCHOPATH:

Wants power over other people. The psychopath is eternally fighting his surroundings in order to feel powerful. His emotional maturity is like a child of 2 or 3 years, with no understanding of himself.

THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AND THE COURTS

Forces the psychopath and the victim into shared custody and demand that they cooperate. The victim literally has to cooperate with a powersick child of 2-3 years who is backed up by big brother (the legal system). In such a setup, the psychopath wins again.

5. THE PSYCHOPATH:

Will never become normal. His personality is not correctly developed, so it is a permanent condition.

THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AND THE COURTS

If the psychopath regrets what he has done, and promises that his vicious behavior will stop, the legal system provides him with another chance. However, they never follow up to see if the psychopath keeps his promises. Which he doesn’t.

CONCLUSION

The State Administration and the courts take the easy way out. The main rule is that that child MUST have contact to both parents no matter what. The best interest of the child is not even considered. That is too complicated.

According to the Law of Service, it is the DUTY of a parent to protect the child against violence and assaults. However, this law is not valid under the Parental Responsibility Act. And if as a mother you follow it, you are punished.

According to the Parental Responsibility Act, there should not be contact if the contact parent does not have empathy. But how can they write this in the law, when the State Administration and the courts only use child experts?

Neither the children nor the child experts can diagnose psychopathy. Only an experienced psychiatrist can do this. How many psychiatrists are used in the legal system under the Parental Responsibility Act? In The Network Mom, we have never heard of a case where a parent has been examined by a psychiatrist.

It is clear sign that the politicians are filling people with hot air, when they say that the law is good enough.

Most psychopaths are men. Most primary caretakers are women (because it is still women who become pregnant, have babies, breast feed them and bring them up in the beginning). Some use these facts to make cover up what this is really about:

That in high conflict cases, there is normally a psychopath or narcissist involved.

Stop the child expert examinations. Start using psychiatrists and examine which of the parents who is the psychopath!

Or is the Parental Responsibility Act and the way it is administered really a cover up for another agenda? Have we misunderstood everything?
