The Mom Network recommends that lawmakers STOP all family cases in the State Administration. Simply removing the cases from this administration will increase rule of law.
We recommend that all cases (visitation, custody and registered address) take place in a family court with judges who are specialised in these cases. Judges, who are so competent, that they are willing to listen to other professionals who investigate the cases thoroughly. Professionals, who will screen both parents for psychopathy, violence and abuse as soon as a cases is started.
We have to have zero-tolerance for violence and everyone working in the court system must respect the human rights conventions, which Denmark has signed. Or they should be help personally accountable.
Since the new Istanbul Convention came into force, it has been spelled out to public servants that physical violence, psychological violence, sexual abuse against both mothers and children must be taken seriously or it can be punished. Denmark has to follow the conventions.
When our government does not respect the conventions, we hope that many will prosecute against the public servants who refuse to recognize violence and abuse – and who thereby act as the extended arm for the government in the system violence.
It has happened before that the world community has asked itself: How could it happen? That is what we in the Mom Network ask ourselves regarding the conditions in Denmark under the Parental Responsibility Act.
With the Istanbul Convention we now have the necessary tools to stop all forms of violence. It is time to carry this out!
OUR RECOMMENDATION IS THAT THE STATE ADMINISTRATION SHOULD BE CLOSED!
IN STEAD WE NEED A NEW AND COMPETENT FAMILY COURT.
